Today, among other games we played, you two imagined you went on a trip together (thankfully I was invited too), played 'kitchen', "cooked things with PlayDoh, picked up after each other, covered yourselves and each other with Plato baby powder and later bubbles in the tub, did an excellent job of sharing with each other, and of course sweet big brother on multiple occasions I heard you explaining things to Bitsy the high-pitched and loving tone to keep her safe or let her know you understand her. Melting my heart all day long. Molly, you would bring Jackson his shoes or a toy he was wanting to play with or an extra part to a game that he was missing – always before he asked for it. Jackson, when you made up a game where you pretended you were a car and had who Molly and I go outside and change your "tires "when you have a blowout (which meant changing your socks and shoes every 30 to 60 seconds) Molly even figured out that you had called your water your 'gas' so every time you came over to change your 'tires', she handed you your sippy cup of water to give you a drink/fuel refill then giggled with delight that she had figured out how to participate.
Bathtime was magical as you two played with the bubbles, water guns and looked at each other, laughing hysterically. Lots of nose scrunching and giggles -- and I was lucky enough to be included in every bit of it.
There were also lots of spontaneous hugs. The funny part this is that rarely (if ever) did both of you want to hug at the same time. But the other one/recipient always tolerated the other. It was definitely 50-50 on who was initiating hugs throughout the day.
Love you two and love seeing your relationship and interactions really take shape. Happy heart.
