Tonight at dinner we went around the table and said things that come to mind during this part of our nightly family prayer.
Here are some of the treasures we turned up and shined light on:
Fresh clean water to drink and use -MMP
My fortunate, amazing family -JDP
Our little dinner by the fire (cheese and crackers by the chiminea tonight -LEP
Good friends. Great people who are fun and supportive and trustworthy and dependable -MMP
Our trip to Europe and travel -JDP
My presents! -LEP
Refrigerator and stove to keep and cook our food -MMP
Family full of healthy Well rounded, capable people -ESP
Good health for all of us -ESP & JAP
Good community -ESP
A family where we all know each other well
And we are a family that takes care of each other -JAP
That we get to eat dinner together each night -ESP
That we get to eat a variety of good foods each night -JDP
Access to good education and extracurricular activities -E
Live in an amazing city with great outdoors, things to do and innovative -JAP
Access to great health care -M
Our grandparents -JAP
For Jesus because Jesus gives us Joy and GOD is Jesus's dad! -L
Ability to give to others at Christmas and year round -E
Running water and electricity and HVAC -JAP
People who help us around the house -ESP a
Parents who love each other, prioritize each other and constantly work on our marriage
Desire to help cook, help around the house
